Yiannis Sotiropoulos
Managing Director
He founded Care Direct in 1996. In 2000, he started the expantion of the company abroad and today Care Direct is established in 11 countries. He is a Board Member of the Advertising Association in Greece (EDEE) for the last 6 years. His ability to look ahead and to have a open mind, his commitment towards the target, his pioneer vision in combination with his motos “always think out of the box”, “impossible is nothing” and “less is more” made Care Direct one of the leading companies in Direct Marketing in Greece, Cyprus, the Balkans, Middle East & South Africa.
Yiannis Mavromichalis
Operational Director
He is the head of the Operation Department in Care Direct since April 2004. He has 10 years of experience in administration and organization of customer service departments (especially Call Centers). He worked for 6 years in customer management department in Wind - Telestet, and 4 years for Action Plan as head of the Operations. He studied economics at the University of Athens. His Articles and interviews, on issues relating to the operation of Call Centers and CRM system have been published in magazines such as Business Com, Ad Business, Call Center Magazine, Arena Infotainment and in the newspaper To Vima. He is a member of the Economic Chamber of Greece and he represents Care Direct in the Board of the Hellenic Association of Call Centers (HCCA).
Maria Sambanidou
Senior Account Director
She holds an MBA degree from the Athens Laboratory of Business Administration (ALBA) while she has studied Sociology at the American College of Greece (Deree College). She is the head of a group of 10 member, whose main goal and mission is the perfect coordination and programs execution of P&G’s projects and she proves every day, through her personal “military” discipline, that "The good soldier shows his skills on the battlefield”.
Yiannis Boikos
International Business Director
He studied Economics at the University of Athens and continued his studies at the University of Birmingham in United Kingdom holding an Master of Science in Money, Banking & Finance. Being the head of Care Direct’s subsidiaries in the Balkans, Middle East and South Africa, he is travelling continuously, coordinating their works, overseeing their progress and engaging himself in continuous and exhausting negotiations.
Constantina Schiza
Senior Account Director
She studied Political Science and Public Administration at the Law School of Athens. In Care Direct she started working 12 years ago, at the Operational Department and she continued to the Marketing Department. Her dynamic personality and her determination towards the final outcome, she completes every project no matter how difficult it is, no matter how "hard" the client would be…
