Since our establishment - in 1995 – until now, we have developed our specialization in the provision of high level integrated communication services in Greece, Cyprus, Balkans, Middle East and Northern Africa.
1995: Company foundation with Direct Mail, as the main service
1996: Post Natal program launch
1997: Creation of new departments: Call Center and Fulfillment center
2000: Creation of Coupons Handling as new department
2001: Establishment of Care Direct Romania
2002: Pre Natal program launch – Establishment of Care Direct Serbia & Montenegro
2003: Establishment of Care Direct Bulgaria
2004: Establishment of Care Direct United Arabic Emirates – Nomination of Gold & Grand Ermis Awards to Pre Natal Program at Ermis Awards Festival
2005: Care Direct’s UAE activities were expanded in Oman.
2006: Care Direct becomes one of the 12 founder members of the European Network D.N.A. (Database Network Associates)
2007: Establishment of Care Direct Bosnia Ezergovina
2008: Establishment of Care Direct Cyprus – Army & School program launch - Establishment of Care Direct Albania
2010: Babyspace.gr launch in Greece & Babyspace.com.cy launch in Cyprus – Creation of a new platform for Database handling & Hosting _ Enterprise Data Warehouse Business Intelligence Business Analytics – Company was certified with the Quality Assurance System ISO 9001 ELOT 1435.
